How Do I Place An Order?

Once you have ordered your sizing kit (or pre-set sized nails), determined the sizes you need and the shape you would like, you’re ready to place an order.  Orders open every Friday morning at 8am EST on a first come, first serve basis.  There are only 10 custom-level sets available every week.  You must message me directly on instagram or send me an email with your order request.  Each order request must include the following:

• Design request
• Nail shape and sizes for all 10 nails
• Base colour preference (please include any relevant pictures or drawings)

Solid colour sets and sizing kits are always available for order in unlimited quantities unless stated otherwise.  Once orders are filled for the week, orders will be closed until the following Friday.

How Do I Know What Size I Need?

All shapes are sized a bit differently, so in order to ensure the best fit and user experience, we require all new customers to order a sizing kit for each nail shape.  Your sizing kit will include 1 nail in each size of the shape you request, along with detailed instructions.  Make sure you are sizing on your natural nails and doing each nail individually.  At your request, 1 nail sizing kit is provided FREE with each purchase of a design-level set!  If you have any questions please check out my instagram @nails.onchic for a full sizing tutorial or send me a message!

We also offer pre-set sizing for some nail sets if you would prefer, but there will not be any refunds for improperly fitting nails.

When will I receive my order?

Processing time is always 5-7 business days, and can at times be longer due to unforeseen circumstances.  Standard shipping times from Ontario is 3-5 business days on average.  All orders will receive a tracking number once it has been shipped.

My order should be here by now, where is it?

Before getting in touch with me, I ask that you do the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
• Ask your local post office if they have your package
• Stop by your neighbour’s in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or your neighbour’s, please send an email with your full name and order# to info.nailsonchic@gmail.com 

If you did find an error in your delivery address, Nails On Chic will send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I apply my Nails On Chic nails?

A nail kit is included with each set of nails for you to apply your Nails On Chic press-on nails.

Liquid glue application - this is meant to last 10-14+ days.  Full instructions are provided with each set of nails.

How do I remove my Nails On Chic?

Your luxury press-on nails can be removed by simply soaking your hands in a bowl of warm water, dish soap and some olive oil! A full tutorial is available on our instagram page here!

What is included with each order?

Every order of Nails On Chic includes a complimentary application kit that consists of liquid nail glue, a cuticle pusher, alcohol prep pad and a mini nail file, along with full instructions to apply your new nails!

What type of nails are they?

Do you ship internationally?

Nails On Chic currently ships to all provinces and territories in Canada only, and does not ship internationally at this time.

How long do Nails On Chic last?

Our luxury press-on nails are meant to last a 10-14 day wear, and you can re-use them up to 5 times (depending on your level of wear and tear). Some of our clients have them on for 2+ weeks!

What if the nails in my sizing kit don’t fit my natural nails?

We understand that everyone's nails are different, and our mission at Nails On Chic is to ensure that your experience is completely tailored to you. While we offer various customization options for your press ons, it's important to note that if you have clubbed nail beds or severely down-turned nails, press ons may not be the most suitable choice.
